Our PP fabric is manufactured considering the meticulous procedures for quality control by maintaining the strict quality standards, making sure the customer receives the quality polypropylene fabric with right technical constructions and minimum defect. We provide 100% customized PP fabric including parameters such as size, GSM, colour, mesh, UV and other parameters to required specifications

Applications of PP woven fabric roll

  • Manufacturing of PP bag/Sacks
  • Making of the bales wrap, box bags, PP courier bags, PP perforated bags.
  • Manufacturing of accessories fabric used in making the FIBC bags such as duffle tops/bottom & the skirts & the bottom and top flaps.
  • Sheltering and covering products.

Technical specifications

  • LAMINATION

     Yes if required (15 microns to 23 microns) (maximum width of 3 meters) with inhouse lamination facility.

    Circular form – 12” to 59 “ Open flat form – 24” to 120”

  • GSM

    50 GSM TO 250 GSM

  • GUSSET

    Gusseting on each side (As per customer requirement)

    6 * 6 (minimum 1000 denier material required)
